Generated innovative, statewide film training program for below-the-line crews.

Collaborated with major clients (including Mercedes-Benz, Hyundai, Lockhead-Martin, Thyssen-Krupp) to develop corporate training videos, from conceptualization through launch.
Created and directed television show, On The Job , produced, wrote and edited 150 half-hour episodes (2007-2011).

Joined efforts with creative team to produce weekly show called Alabama@Work.
Spearheaded videography, editing and writing for digital breaking news long-form segments and documentaries.
